Information

The support worker can meet families outside the usual setting, whether at the park, while traveling by car, at a restaurant or while taking a walk, which brings an aspect of proximity and a human side which is essential for our families .

The support worker adapts to the pace, needs and reality of the parents she supports.

The support person is accessible and can be contacted via different means: when a parent reaches out, you must be able to welcome them quickly.

The informal framework of proximity work makes it possible to focus on the development of a bond of trust in the present moment, in the parent’s living environment and to support them at their own pace and possibly transpose this bond of trust to resources and services that can meet their needs.

Mission

The work of support workers to create a bond of trust, to transmit information according to the needs of children and families, to accompany them to the appropriate services, to support the strengthening of their capacity to act, to prevent situations unwanted people and to promote their health and well-being.
