Mission
The CAAP is an organization mandated by the Minister of Health and Social Services of Quebec to guide and support the person who experiences dissatisfaction with a health and social services establishment and to help them in the stages of their process of complaint. It is available to meet groups, community organizations and all other associations wishing to know their rights in the health and social services network.
